Course Description: Jealousy is an unusual emotion in that its roots lie in other emotions. Often, the root of jealousy lies in insecurity, the idea that your relationship with your partner is not stable; it can also be rooted in such things as fear of loss, fear of being replaced, and so on.

Whether you're polyamorous, monogamous, open, or other, jealousy can be a direct path into relationship hell. In this interactive workshop, experienced presenter Dr. Ryan Westrum PhD, LMFT will share valuable and effective tips and tools for both the jealous and non-jealous partners.

Topics Include:

  • Communication Starting Points
  • Nature of Jealousy
  • The Root of Jealousy
  • Interactive Jealousy Exercises
  •  How to Make a Jealousy Pie (-Chart)
  • The Acknowledgments Exercise, Juggling the envy, and more!

This is an interactive group workshop with opportunities for discussion and practice.
